Welcome to Pets Memorial (the "App"). By using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. General Information
The App is developed and maintained by an independent group of passionate enthusiasts on a non-commercial basis.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data.

All data recorded on the blockchain is public and immutable, meaning anyone can view it.

Additionally, the App may store media content (such as images and descriptions) on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) — a decentralized, peer-to-peer storage network. Content published to IPFS is publicly accessible and may be permanently available through distributed nodes. Users should avoid uploading any personal or sensitive information they do not wish to share publicly.

2. No Data Collection
The App does not track, store, or process any personal information.

Since blockchain transactions are public, any data you submit via the App will be visible on the blockchain.

3. Blockchain Transparency
By using this App, you acknowledge that:

All transactions and data recorded on the blockchain are permanent and publicly accessible.

You are solely responsible for any data you submit.

The developers do not control or manage blockchain data once recorded.

4. No Warranties & Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The developers are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from blockchain transactions or App usage.

5. Decentralization Notice

The Service consists of both centralized components (including the Mini App, backend services, and Telegram Bot) and decentralized components (such as the TON Blockchain and IPFS).

While centralized components may experience temporary unavailability, users retain the ability to interact with smart contracts directly on the TON Blockchain, following the interface specification available at https://petsmem.site/pets-memorial-spec.md.

It is important to note that the ability to upload and view multiple images via IPFS is not standardized under TEP-62. As a result, third-party platforms like Getgems or Tonviewer may not display IPFS image content if the centralized service is down.
Despite this, the underlying NFT data remains securely stored on the blockchain, and users retain the ability to update image references to ensure continued accessibility via other tools or platforms.

6. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
